Tuition

We are excited to offer a 4-day full-time program (Monday–Thursday) for the upcoming school year, designed to provide families with a consistent, high-quality educational experience while remaining accessible and community-centered.

Our tuition reflects a balance of strong academics, nature-based learning, and small group instruction in a supportive, relationship-driven environment.

Full-Time Program (K–8)

Monday–Thursday | September–May

Tuition Breakdown

Per Child
$4,265 annually
$475/month

Annual Family Contribution

As part of our community-supported model, each family commits to a $1,000 annual fundraising or contribution goal.

This can be fulfilled by:

  • Participating in our organized fundraising events

  • Securing sponsorships or donations

  • Or choosing to contribute the amount directly

This model allows us to keep tuition lower while continuing to grow and improve our program for all families.
Securing Your Spot

To complete enrollment and reserve your child’s placement, families submit:

  • A $250 non-refundable enrollment fee

  • The first month of tuition

These payments confirm your child’s spot and allow us to plan staffing, materials, and group placements for the upcoming school year.

Due to limited space and the nature of our program, these payments are non-refundable.

Being Part of Our School Family Includes…

At Organic Roots Schoolhouse, you’re not just enrolling in a program—you’re becoming part of a connected, intentional community.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Small, multi-age learning groups where children are truly known and supported

  • A balanced approach to learning, combining strong academics with hands-on, nature-based experiences

  • Daily outdoor exploration, in all seasons, supporting physical health, focus, and resilience

  • Individualized learning support, meeting children where they are and helping them grow with confidence

  • Project-based and real-world learning, giving purpose and meaning to academic skills

  • A rhythm of structure and freedom, blending teacher-led instruction with child-led discovery

  • Field trips and community connections, extending learning beyond the classroom

  • Seasonal experiences, including snowshoeing, nature study, and outdoor skill-building

  • Family connection opportunities, including gatherings and shared experiences throughout the year

  • Professional school photos at the beginning and end of the year (digital images included)

And maybe most importantly…

🤍 A place where your child is seen, your family is supported, and learning feels meaningful again.
